オペラ座の怪人 ２種類の歌詞

１つめは、
Beneath the opera house

The phantom of the opera is there

という歌詞でSarah Brightman とSteve Harleyが歌っています。

２つめは
In sleep he sang to me,
In dreams he came...
that voice which calls to me
and speaks my name...

And do
I dream again?
For now I find
the Phantom of the Opera is there -
Inside my mind...
という物です。２５周年の５ファントム、映画などは全て２つめで歌っています。
１つめは廃盤になった旧作遠いことなのでしょうか。

オペラ座は専門外ですが、歌詞検索サイトで1曲目(beneathで始まる方)をひっかけたら、ミュージカル版と記載されていました。

映画とミュージカルの違いでは？
