なぜでしょうか？

現在はちゃんと見ることができますが...

もしかしたら、サーバーが稼働していないときには、ドメインをサービスしている会社が自社のサイトに飛ぶように設定してるのかもしれません。

ERROR404などの画面に 「optimizer.com」が表示でしょうか？

スパイウェアじゃないかな。「アプリケーションの追加と削除」に「Internet Optimizer」がありませんか？

「Internet Optimizer」だけで、何種類かあったと思うので スパイウェア対策ソフトなどで、スキャンする事をお勧めします。

しかし今度は
