対応解像度(1920x1080)の確認方法

パソコンの本体だけあるのですが、まだモニターがない状況です。1920x1080のモニターを買う予定なのですが、その解像度に対応しているかがわかりません。以下のスペックで対応しているか、わかるでしょうか？。
