(1),the water is boiled.(2),the teapot is warmed.Then,the tea leaves are added to the pot.The teapot is left to stand.(3),the tea mixes with the boiling water.(4),milk is placed in cups.(5),the tea is added to the milk.If some tea is left in the pot,it (6) becomes cold.

のいずれかが入ります。

どれがどこに入りますか？

や紅茶などを主語にしているので、訳は日本語的に変えました。

）

First,the water is boild
まず、水を沸かします

Next,the teapot is warmed.
次にティーポットを温めておきます。

Then, the tea leaves are added to the pot.
それから茶葉をポットにいれます。

The teapot is left to stand.
ティーポットはそのままにしておきます。

At this stage,the tea mixes with the boiling watter.
その時点で、お茶（茶葉）がお湯に混ざります。（mixはなじむとかふやけるというよな意味でしょう）

Meanwhile, milk is placed in cups.
その合間に、カップにミルクを入れておきます。

Finally、the tea is added to the milk.
最後にお茶をミルクに加えます。

If some tea is left in the pot, it eventually becomes cold.
ポットにお茶が残っていれば、そのうち冷めます。
（何のためにこの文章があるのか、ちょっと分からないのですが・・）
