SQLite Managerがうまく表示できない

【環境条件】
XAMPP1.8.3 [PHP: 5.5.15]
【SQLite Managerダウンロード】
SQLite Managerのホームページ(http://sourceforge.net/projects/sqlitemanager/fi …から
SQLiteManager-1.2.4.zipをダウンロードした

【インストール】
SQLiteManager-1.2.4.zipを下記のフォルダーに展開する
C:\xampp\htdocs￥SQLiteManager

【php.ini】
extension=php_pdo.dll
extension=php_sqlite.dll
を設定する

【SQLiteManagerの起動】
ブラウザのアドレス欄に
http://localhost/SQLiteManager/index.php　を入れる

【エラー表示】

どうすれば、うまく表示できますか？誰か教えて下さい
