このメールは脅迫メールですか？ 何の目的で返信もしようがないメールを送るのですか？ 愉快犯？

変なメールが届きました。
しかし返信しようにも受信者も送信者も私のアドレスになっています。
返信のしようがありません。
（SPAMメールでしょうからもちろん返信するつもりはありませんが。）

迷惑メールとしてウイルス対策ソフトが処理してくれませんでした。

ビットコインというキーワードと請求額が高額すぎるので、詐欺メールです。無視すればいいです。
