これはなぜ

はい。win10を再インストールしたときに、いろいろ変なパーティションがあったんですね。それを全部削除して残ったHDDにwin10をインストールしました。そして、インスコ後内臓してあったSSDが認識されず、ディスクの管理からも見れませんでした。そして、win10のアップデート後再起動したら、Eドライブを修復しています的な表示が出て、急いでSDカードやHDDを調べると(SSDはやっぱ認識されてない)BOOTEX.txtというものがあって、中に

Windowsはファイルシステムをスキャンし、何も問題がないことを確認しました。
他に必要な行動はありません。
と書いてあるので、問題は何もありません。
