以下がINIの中身ですが、どのように入れたら動くのでしょうか？（当方の環境は、WIN２０００です…）MYSQL4.0.23です。

Windows 2000を持っていないので

動作環境が変わるとなんとも・・・

ちなみに
掲示しているphp.iniにもっと他のmysql設定も載せませんか？

extension_dir
とか

[PHP_MYSQL]
extension=php_mysql.dll
[PHP_MYSQLI]
extension=php_mysqli.dll
とか

php.iniに記述してますか？

当然mysqldは稼働してますよね？
後、phpスクリプトがわからないですが
該当のユーザ/パスワードでmysqlにログインできますよね？

もちろん
phpinfo()は正常に表示されますよね？
下のほうのmysqlとmysqliもOKですよね？

細かい記述がないので
そこは経験者と思っていますので
