市販の翻訳ソフトはどの程度使える？

エキサイト翻訳など使っているのですが上手く訳せてないことが多いのですが市販のものだと大体の文章は訳せるのでしょうか？

オススメのソフトあれば教えて欲しいです。

「IBM インターネット翻訳の王様バイリンガル V5」で「日本語」→「英語」で翻訳すると

Can a general text be translated, if it is a commercial thing, although excitement translation etc. is used and there is nothing in many cases skillful く訳せて?
