で、1週間前から、省電力状態10分ほどで、再起動する。
対処方法を教えてください。

電源周りのトラブルのようです。

正しくスリープ（Sleep）や休止状態にならなかった事が原因と思われます。
　・電源ユニットの故障とか、
　・BIOSの電源設定が正しくないとか、
　・Windowsのシステムファイルが破損しているとか
できるところから手を付けてみてください。

自身でどうにもできないのでしたらメーカー修理に出すことも検討しましょう。
