パソコンを起動したら謎の英文が出ました。助けてください。

久しぶりにパソコンを開いたら、青い画面に以下のような英文が表示されました。

a problem has been detected and windouws has been to prevent damage to your computer.

BAD_POOR_HEADER

if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen.
restart you computer.if thhis screen again,follow these steps:

check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation,ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.

If problem continue,disable or remove any newly installed fardware or software.
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components,restart youur compyuter,
press F8 to select Advanced options, and then select safe mode.


一体、どうしたら良いのか分りません。
意味の分かる方、どうしたら良いのか、教えていただけないでしょうか。
使用しているパソコンは、富士通FMV　型名FMVA35LB１です。

セーフモードで起動してください

その後、前回のバックアップした日までリカバリしてください

また、マウスやUSBなど全ての付属機器を外して起動してください
