I’m always half-in and have studying on my mind, but never commit to sitting down and doing it.

half-in: 中途半端
commit: 本気でやる

「勉強しなくっちゃ」とは思ってるんだがいつも中途半端で、腰を据えてやる気にならない。

"halfway"や"half-hearted"等は、中途半端という意味で検索でもヒットするのですが、"half-in"がヒットしません。
