Please tell me how to install Japanese font

Now I live in china，and using computer。
I want to use Japanese character，input Japansese。
But here china I cannot do so。I can only read Japanese
character and Japansese homepage。
I think this computer has not been installed Japanese
font，so I cannot use Japanese。Anybody please tell me
how to install Japanese font into computer。I feel it
trouble so much。I do not know computer very much，just
like bigineer。
So if you tell me the way of install，please tell me
as easily as possible。And write in Japanese，do not
write in English。

MicrosoftのGlobalIMEを導入することにより日本語や中国語などの

入力・表示を行うことが可能になります。

ただ、システム構成を変更することを許される環境でのみ
使ってください。

日本語での回答をとのことですので、日本語で書きますが、

（１）まず、日本語フォントをインストールしたいとのことですが、正しく日本語が表示されているとのことで、既に日本語のフォントはインストールされているはずではないのですか？

（２）日本語の入力ができないとのことですが、それは日本語IME(日本語入出力システム)がインストールされていないからだと思います。

（３）ご使用のシステムはどのようなものですか？
　　少なくともＯＳの種類はお教え願えないと、回答は不能です。
