yum updeteでエラー

久々にアップデートを行うとしたのですが
yum updateを実行すると

と途中でエラーが発生して止まってしまいます。
解決法が分かる方、アドバイスお願いいたします。
OSはCentOS5.3です。

と書かれていますから、先にyum-complete-transactionを実行してみてはどうですか？
