パソコンのブルースクリーンエラーで困っています

最近パソコンの電源をシャットダウンする３回に１回はフリーズしブルースクリーンがでます。
内容は
Ａ problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,
restart your computer.
if this screen appears again, follow these steps

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this is a new installation, ask your hardware or softwaremanufacture for any windows
updates you might need.

If problems continue disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software,
Disable BIOS memory options such as cathing or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components. restart your computer
press F8 to select Advanced startup options.

です。

そりゃ無理、原因も解決策も表示されていませんから。

このエラーメッセージの読み方は"STOP～の後だけ読むこと"です
Ａ problem has been から Technical information までは定型文で何の意味もありません
この場合は"0X0000000A"ですのでこの単語をキーワードにWeb検索しますと…

ソフトウェアに問題がある可能性が高いので、最近インストールしたソフトやインストールしてあるソフトを最新版に更新してみましょう。

エラーメッセージの通りです。

新しく追加したハードウェアやソフトウェアがあれば、取り除いて下さい。

そうでない場合は、データを外部デバイスにコピーできる内に、バックアップを取ったあと、初期状態にリカバリーするか、それが面倒もしくはそれでも改善しない場合は、新しくPCを換えたほうが良いかと。
頻繁に起きるという事なので、後者をお薦めします。
