パソコンから携帯電話にメールを送信するとパソコンに

文章の意味は

「宛先のメールアドレスが存在しないので届きません」

です。

宛先が間違ってないか、または、宛先の携帯で「受信拒否」をしてないか、確認しましょう。

携帯の場合「携帯の電話帳に載ってないメールアドレスは必ず拒否する」って言う設定も可能なので、そういう設定をされている場合、携帯には届かず、質問文に書かれたような文章が返ってきます。

小学校レベルでも、分かる英語ですけれど「ユーザーがみつかりません」

送り先が間違っていないでしょうか？

それと、よくあるパターンだとPCからのメールを遮断している場合もあるけれどね。

とのことなので、
・メールアドレスのうち、@以前のアカウント名が間違っている
→メールアドレスを確認してください

・先方が迷惑メール設定でPCでからのメールを拒否している
→先方に迷惑メール設定を確認してもらってください

一番考えられるのは、メールアドレスの間違いです。

ピリオドが打たれていない、＠等は大丈夫でしょうか？
