最近、痴漢を疑われた男性が線路に逃走するという事件が相次いでいます。
2011年には、東京、三鷹市のバスで公立中学校教諭が痴漢を疑われその後、裁判になりました。
一度は有罪判決が下されたものの、彼が無罪を勝ち取ったのは事件から約3年後の2014年のことでした。
そして先日「2017年5月15日」、東京で痴漢を疑われ男性が線路内に侵入し、死亡するという事故がありました。

「痴漢」の訳を molesterやgroperとしている辞書が多いようですが、日本の様な超満員電車があまりなく、molesterやgroperでは所謂「痴漢」は表せないと思います。

ただイギリスのサイトで railway groperという言葉を見かけましたので、これであればアメリカ人にも分かるかと思います。以下参考にしてください。

「痴漢を疑われる」は多分「痴漢罪を疑われる」なので英語では "suspected of molestation" になると思います。

そのまま意味は通じます。またNo.1さんの仰るような "railway groper" はニューヨーク付近でしたら "subway groper" とかが通じるかと。子供に対する痴漢とかでしたら "child molester" と言う表現を悲しいくらい頻繁にニュースで耳にしますけどね…
