英語でパスワード変更をお知らせしたい

登録者向けホームページのログインパスワードを変更しようと思います。
英語でもきちんとしたお知らせメールを出したいのですが、どのように書いたらよいのでしょうか？？ビジネスライクにできればいいなと思います。試しに作ってみましたのでアドバイスお願いします。

Dear Users,

This is to inform you that the password for entering users' page has been changed as of January 1, 2005.You need User Name & Password for entering user page and downloading the latest version.
Please correct the records accordingly.

Registration number:12345
Password:aBcd

Please note that capital letters and small letters are distinguished.
Please conceal the password.

My e-mail for inquiry is not changed.
Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause you.

「ブックマークを更新してください」みたいな感じで、「記録を変更してください」のつもりです。

問い合わせようのメールアドレスなどは現在と一緒で変更されませんと言うことがいいたかったのですが・・・通じませんでしょうか？

こんにちは。

ということを
"case sensitive"といいます。
Please note that the password is case sensitive.
で一般的には通じると思いますが、不安な場合は（　）で
(The program distinguishes between capital and lower letters)と書けばよいかと思います。capital はupperでもOKです。大文字小文字のことをupper-lower lettersといいます。

そのまま訳せばいいでしょう。

「ブックマークを更新してください」
And you will have to update your bookmark(s).

問い合わせ[用]のメールアドレスなどは現在と一緒で変更されません
You can send e-mail [for more information] to the same address as before. It will not be changed.
とでもすればいいでしょうかね。神経質なユーザーさんには有益な情報かもしれません。

私もNo.1の方の指摘している部分が気になりました。

記録というのがどんなものなのか、この文ではわかりにくいと思います。どんな記録で、どのページから変更するのかを記述した方がよいと思います。

＞My e-mail for inquiry is not changed.

もし、サーバーが変更になったり、HPが大幅に変更になったりしていないのであれば、不要だと思います。
