サーバエラー xoops

Xサーバーのレンタルサーバーを借りて、１つのデータベースに複数のxoopsを設置しています。

最近サイトを開くと以下のようなエラーがでるようになりました。
おそらくサーバに負荷がかかっていると思うのですが、解決策があれば教えていただきたいです。

ニュースモジュールだけ利用しています。

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
