内蔵HDDから移動させてはいけないものは？

内蔵HDDから移動させてはいけないのはどんなフォルダがありますか？
内蔵HDD＜Cフォルダ（23GB)Dフォルダ（5GB）＞の空き容量が少なくなってきたので、外付けHDD（500GB）へデータその他、移動させて内蔵HDDには必要最小限度のフォルダのみ残したいと思っています。
過去の質問回答をみた感じでは、外付けHDDに起動関係やプログラムファイルは内蔵HDDに残しておかないと作動しなくなると思いました。
説明書にも起動用ドライブとしては使えないと書かれてます。
PCは＜VersaPro　R＞　外付けHDDは＜I.O　DATE　HDCS－U500＞です。
古いPCなんで、極力Cフォルダ空き容量を多くして多少なりとも動作を軽くしたいと思ってます。ちなみに、現在あるフォルダ名は
121WARE・BACKUP・Documents and Settings・Fgw16Trial・MY Music・OTHERS・Program Files・Smdata・spoolerlogs・SUPPORT・VALUEADD・WINDOWS・winxp・yougo　以上です
最低限内蔵HDDへ残さなければいけないフォルダ名を教えて下さい

・121WARE＝不明（NECのサポートサイト？）

・BACKUP＝おそらく移動不可能
・Documents and Settings＝移動不可能
・Fgw16Trial＝削除可能（筆ぐるめ試用版？プログラムの追加と削除からどうぞ）
・MY Music＝移動可能
・OTHERS＝不明
・Program Files＝移動不可能
・Smdata＝不明（何かのソフトのデータ？）
・spoolerlogs＝移動不可能（印刷データ？）
・SUPPORT＝移動可能
・VALUEADD＝移動可能（これもサポート関係？）
・WINDOWS＝もちろん移動不可。
・winxp＝おそらく移動不可
・yougo＝不明。
不明のものはどんなファイルが入っているのかフォルダ内を確認する。よくわからないファイルだったら移動しない方がいい。
また、「Documents and Settings」フォルダの中ではご自分で作成・収集されたデータは移動できます。
システム的に使用しているもの（移動不可のもの）だけに厳選できれば、よほどたくさんのソフトをインストールしていない限り、Ｃドライブはおそらく10GB以下になるはず。そうすれば空きが10GB以上になるので充分でしょう。

メーカー製PCの場合、元々あるフォルダを弄ったことで、PCが正常に

動作しないなんてハナシはしょっちゅうあります。

したがって、移動させてイイモノというのは、自分でぶち込んだものだけ。
これがいちばん無難ですね。

自分もそう思っていたのですが、自分で作ったデータのみ全て移してもさほど空き容量が変わらなかったので質問しました
多分、今までにダウンロードしたソフトとか、バージョンアップしたものの残骸も結構あると思うんですけど、それがわからんのですよ＾＾；

Windows
これらのフォルダは移動できません。
その他のフォルダは移動できますがソフトが使えなくなり、
最悪フリーズします。

再インストールディスクのあるソフトの移動
インターネットの一時ファイル等の保存場所の移動
システムの復元の容量の変更
CCleaner等のソフトで掃除

この位が無難じゃないでしようか。

に関しては、中身は自分の作ったデータ類は移動させても
