「簡単に」は　「不注意に、うっかりと」という意味でしょう。

それは、inadvertently,
あるいは、recklessly　でもいいです。immediately は時間的に「直ぐに」なので間違いです。

「約束を守る」は keep a promise ですが、話の流れからして、keep a secretの方がいいでしょう。

The other day you inadvertently (or recklessly) disclosed our secret to my friend. I you can't keep a secret, I don't want to introduce you to my friends any more.

Remember you didn't keep our secret and let it out so instantly when we were with the friends. I wouldn't like you to know NO friends of mine if you wouldn't prove yourself that you are as good as your word.
