windows10にバージョンアップしたら、XAMPPのApacheが開けない！

初めまして、
windows 7 から 10 にバージョンアップしたら、次のような Errorメッセージが表示されて、XAMPP の Apacheが起動しません！、
・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・・

尚 Netstat を開くと
Port PlD Name
80 7108 httpd.exe
443 7108 httpd.exe

と、表示されていて・・・、
何やらポート番号をskypeとApacheとが共用しているような事らしいのですが・・詳しいことは分かりません。

また、skypeの関連ファイルには一切手を付けていませんし、ダウンロードもしていません、

このような状況を解決するために、何方かお知恵を賜りたく，お願い致します。

＞ポート番号をskypeとApacheとが共用しているよう

タスクマネージャを起動して「プロセス」タブからPID 7108のプロセスを確認
スカイプがポート80で動作していた場合は、設定画面からポート80以外を使うように設定します。（設定画面の「詳細」「接続」「上記のポートに代わり80と443を使う」のチェックを外して再起動）

変更できない場合、Apacheを動作するポート番号を変更（ポート80から任意の番号例：81に変更）
Apacheインストール先（例：C:\xampp\apache\conf）にある設定ファイルhttpd.confを開き、80を変更
Listen 80→Listen 81
ServerName localhost:80→ServerName localhost:81
ServerName localhost:443→ServerName localhost:441
変更後Apache再起動

C:\xampp\apache\conf\httpd.conf を開くやり方で恐る恐る、そして慎重に（もちろんバックアップを撮ってから）やってみたら！！、見事に一発で！！！！！！、
今までの赤色のErrorメッセージがすべて青色に変わっていました。
