和訳 among others

外国人です。下記のamong othersはどんなふうに和訳すればいいですか？　その和訳は合ってないため書き直してくれますか？

among others は「いろいろ（数）ある中でも（特に）the following effect」の意味です。

参考訳は
被告の行為は、とりわけ（何よりも）以下の影響を与えてきたし、与え続けている。

この場合among others の意味は「など」

among others = among other effects

最後の単語は書かないです。

I like red pencils, green pencils and purple pencils. Among others.

上記の場合は、among otherは　among other pencils !

That's only a kind of shit, I presume.
Well, I suppose "その中でも強調すべきは" sounds a bit emphasis to a non-Japanese, but it's the commonly used phrase in Japanese culture.
Of course, I don't think you are not savvy to Japanese usage, but I dare say it's the very common expression.
But then if your sox are not fit, I could show you "取り分け/中でも" instead.

The above sort of rhymes, so I thought it was cute.

When I was mentioning that your translation was different I was talking about the first sentence, not the following part:

"その中でも強調すべきは"

I notice I forgot to put 'on' at the end of my translation but I do understand the meaning.

The exact same phrase is used in English all of the time. I was just hoping for a similar expression as 'among others'.

I can't use すべき because 'should' would imply that there is a choice.

I think in a different situation your suggestion 'among others' would be perfect !

Your translation seems to be quite different. What's the 'among others'?　強調すべき？？

Among others is short for 'among other effects' - a classy way to say など

I don't think the following is quite right:
