「カスハラ」は customer harassment だから、その反対は「売り手による顧客に対するハラスメント」だから seller harassment なんていう言葉なんてあるのかな、と思ったら、ちゃんとそれを使っている人もいます。

英文ではありますが、この下の記事でその言葉が出てきます。

So I bought an item and the seller shipped very late, lied about when the package was sent, and so on. I left a review that reflected that. Nothing insulting, just stated what happened.
