【以前“送料flat rate envelope for $5.49”とお聞き

しましたが送料“＄１６”となっていました

紛失時保証のある方が良いので　保証有りで安く送

る事ができればそれでお願いします

送料を知らせて下さい】

というのをお願い致します

こんにちは。

I heard that the shipping cost for flat rate envelope was $5.49.
It, however, is stated that the postage is $16.

I would be grateful if you could let me know how much the most reasonable postage is with guarantee in case it is lost or damaged.

とかでよさそうですが・・・。

It is heard, "Carriage flat rate envelope for$5.49" before.

It was carriage “$16" though did.

It guarantees and it exists, and because you should be, it is cheap and Oc of
the guarantee when losing.

If thing can be done, I hope in it.

Please inform me of the carriage.
