パソコン起動時にわからない英語だらけで動きません

パソコン画面にこのような文字が出ました。移してみましたが、どのような意味でしょうか。深刻な気がしますが・・・

セーフモード（電源入れロゴが出たらF8を軽く叩く）メニューで「前回正常時の構成」を選び起動してみてください。
