Files Express という海外サイトの退会に困っています。

Files Expressという海外サイトhttp://files-express.com/に無料だと勝手に思い込み、安易にメンバー登録してしまって、後に以下の規約を見て英語に疎い私も会員が有料だと理解しました。

メールアドレス以外の個人情報やクレジットカードなどの記入は一切していません。記入してない今の時点でも料金を払わないといけないのでしょうか？　
またサイトを一通り見ましたが退会の方法がわからないので、退会の方法を探しており困ってます。
私の安易な考えで起こってしまったことですが不安でたまりません。

私も会員登録をして,一度ソフトウェアを購入しましたが、よく見るとこのサイトは怪しいそうですよね？

カードの支払いの通貨もなぜか、クロアチアクローネというものです。

問い合わせページに個人情報の登録削除を依頼しましたが、以下のような返事が返ってきてやめさそうとしません。

まさに、私も同じ状況です。

その後、Files Expressの方からの動きはありましたでしょうか？サポートに退会したいとメールを書こうかとも思いましたが、かえって支払いを請求されることになっても怖いので、やめました。このまま放っておいても大丈夫なのか心配です。何かわかったことがありましたら、教えていただけると助かります。

質問拝見しました。

実は私もそのページに、無料だと思い会員登録をしてしまいました（汗
そして私も、有料であることがわかると不安になり色々とそのページについて調べました。
すると、そのサイトで料金を払いscam（詐欺）にあったという被害報告を何件も見つけました。
参考URLにそのうち1件のリンクを貼っておきます。Files expressの後にRip offなどを付けて検索すればもっと出てくると思います。
私はその事実を知った以上、そのサイトと縁を切るかのように、二度とそのサイトには行っていません。
勿論料金なんて支払うつもりはありません。

専門的なことが言えずに申し訳ございませんが、何かの参考になればと思います。

僕も登録したことが無いので分かりませんが、

仮登録+本登録式のもので完了ボタンを押してしまっていないのでしたら、クレジットカード番号他記入ページで閉じればいいと思いますよ。
曖昧な回答ですみません...。
