どういった国際協力を年頭になさっているのか不明ですが、例えばNGOとかJICA、国連の関連事業などであれば、international developmentもしくはglobal developmentという言い方の方が一般的です。

もしそうならば、work forという一般論的な言い方よりも
I want to get into international development in the future.
(将来国際協力に加わりたい）
とか
I want to get a job in international development in the future.
(将来国際協力の仕事に就きたい」
というより具体的な感じの言い方にした方が伝わります。

でいいのでは？
仕事としてもボランティアとしても、将来国際協力したいという英文です
I want to work for international cooperation in the future.でもいいです
これだと、将来国際協力のための仕事がしたいとなります

In the futureがないと、将来ではなくて、今したいという英文になります
