She is no more beautiful than her sister.
というのは、彼女と姉の美しさを比較しているわけですが、
She has no more than 100 dollars.
は何と何をどういう点で比較しているのでしょうか？

また、
She is no more beautiful than her sister.
の more ～ than というのは、
She is more wise than clever.
のような more than と同じなのでしょうか？

more than というのは後にくる数値との関係で more than であり、いわゆる比較構文の形にはなりません。

He is more than ten centimeters taller than his father.
more than はただ、ten という数値につながるだけで、taller than は普通の比較構文です。

She is no more beautiful than her sister.とは言わないと思いますが、、、。

She is not more beautiful than her sister.
あるいは
She is no more beautiful like her sister.
なんてのは在りかもね。
