①～④のどの語が間違いか？　という問題ですか？

根拠？　それが正しい言い方だからです。

(1) ➀which → whose
「その屋根は黄色い」だよね。

(2) ➁funniest → funnier
後ろが「than ～」だから比較級でしょう。

(3) ➂that → those
対応しているのは「hours」（複数形）だから。
