cygwin でＸ起動せず

cygwinをインストールしたのですが、Xが起動できません
setup.exeのversionは 2.510.2.2です。
tartwin.shを実行すると、以下のようなエラーが出力されています。

の部分が怪しいと思うのですが、この場合、何かインストールすべきパッケージを取りこぼしているのでしょうか？
cygwinのインストール、設定については、以下を参考にしました。

X作る時にconfigureを誤っているとか。。。

ところで、cygwinのXは、どこにあるconfig fileを見てるのでしょうか？
