ディスクトップパソコンのエラーメッセジについて

Lenovo MT-M 7397-A13
OS:Xp Professional Version 2002 Service Pack3
cドライブ容量：使用領域38.0GB
空き領域：32.8GB
最近映像ファイル（vobファイル）3.6GB 追加しました
その後メールやインターネットなどを開きながら、映像を見ると、メモリ不足とか下記のメッセージが表示され、フリーズするため強制終了しました。頻繁に起きます。何かフリーズしない対策はありますか？。

KERNEL STACK INPAGE ERROR

これは Windows NT Executive の文字モード STOP メッセージです。カーネル スタック ページング操作の間の I/O エラーを示しています。要求されたカーネル データのページを読み取ることができませんでした。このエラーは、ページング ファイルの不良ブロック、またはディススクコントローラのエラーが原因で発生します。

判り易く言えば、HDDの不良の可能性が考えられると言う事です。

以下のサイトで紹介されているような、HDDの診断ツールを使用してHDDに不良クラスタが存在しないかチェックしてみて下さい。

メモリを増設して仮想メモリを使わない設定にすれば、このエラーを回避できる可能性もあります。

ただし、これは根本的な解決策ではありません。

不良クラスタが多数検出されているようであれば、根本的な解決策はHDDを交換するしかありません。

→英文でやりにくかったですけど、一応エラーはなかったです。
後は何が問題なのでしょうか?
