ブルースクリーンが直らず困っています（Win 7）

CPU・マザーボードを入れ換え、それ以外は引き続き利用し、
HDD領域開放し、OSを改めてインストールしましたが、
次のようなブルーの画面が表示され、困っています。
マザーボードの再度入れ換え、メモリー交換、CPU初期交換等行いましたが、
マザー付属ドライバーをインストールした後、表示され、windowsトップ画面に
たどり着かない状況です。
再度OS入れなおしても同様の状況です。

エラーコード：0x0000003Bで確認しましたが、safeモードではインストールができませんでした。
また、BIOS設定でIEEEはDisableにしております。

1.従前のスペック
cpu：i7-860
MB：Gigabyte　GA-H55-UD3H

2.新スペック
cpu：i7-2600ｋ（新規）
MB：Gigabyte　Z68XP-UD3（新規）
Mem:8GB
HDD:WD　1.5TB
video：Radeon6850　1GB（省電力TDP100wタイプ・引続き利用）
電源：abee　600ｗ　bronze


解決方法をどなたか助けてください。

メモリダンプ出てますね。

メモリの不具合では？

８Gとのこと・・・
２枚差し？４枚差し？

とりあえず、１枚の装着でインストールしてみて（無事入ればよし。）
それからメモリのチェックを行っては？

メモリーチェックは行いましたが、問題なしでした。


PC一式、PC専門店へ持っていって、チェックして貰ったところ、
結局のところ、CPUが不良であることが原因とのことでした。

3回チェックして、全て
100度以上になり、熱暴走でとまったらしいです。

CPU不良とは珍しいので、考えても見ませんでした。
おさわがせしました。

とりあえず、インテルにクレームします。
