英語でなんて言ったらいいでしょうか？

焼きそばを作る際の英語での言い回しです・・・

「麺を軽く炒めたら、野菜を入れて麺と絡むように炒めます」

いい表現方法があったら教えてください。よろしくお願いします。

僕なら

Fried the noodle in a pan and then put vegetables (veges) in it. After that, mix the veges and noodle in the pan.
イギリスに住んでる中1の頭なんで、当てにしないでくださいσ(^_^;)
