英訳をお願いします

ソフトを問題なくインストールできましたが、クリックしてもソフトを起動できません。
フランス語のOSでないと起動できないようです。
英語版インストーラーを使ってインストールしましたがソフトを起動できません。

The software installation has completed without any problem, but

the program does not run when I click the icon. It seems that this software is available only when the operating system language is French. I have tried to install the software with an English installer and had the same problem.

Although I was able to download the software without any trouble,

the program does not start up when I click the icon. It seems you need to have a French Operating Software for it to function. I have re-installed the program using an English installer, but the program will not open.
