下記の 内部サーバーエラー の解決方法を教えて下さい！

検索エンジン登録をしようとした時下記のエラーメッセージが返りました。

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

サーバー管理者 root@localhostに連絡して、エラーが発生した時についてそれらを知らせてください。

登録とは、検索エンジンのダウンロード、インストール失敗ですか？
Windowsファイアーウォール/セキュリティ対策ソフトのパーソナルファイアーウォール機能によるブロック、ブラウザのセキュリティ設定でブロックなどの確認、セキュリティ対策ソフトを一時的にオフ、ダウンロードの再度実行、インストールの再度実行、Administrator権限でログイン後実行、UACを解除し「管理者として実行」など試しましたか？

時間をおいてみても解決しないのであれば

「More information about this error may be available in the server error log.」とある様に、
一旦ログを見てみても良いかと思いますが、そのほかにもNo.1の方が書いて下さってる事を試すのが宜しいかと。
