as の後ろに形容詞がくることの出来る動詞は
regard や、look upon のほかにもあるのでしょうか。see は使えますか？

ジーニアス英和辞典（第5版）によれば

［思考・判断を表す他動詞と共に］…（である）と, …として
《◆(1) 名詞のほか形容詞・状態を表す分詞を従える.
(2) 冠詞の省略については❶の注を参照.
(3) 受身可能》


I see ［consider, regard］ his behavior as shameful.
彼のふるまいは恥ずべきものと私は思う

I accepted the report as trustworthy.
私はその報告を信頼できるものと認めた

We regarded the document as belonging to her brother.
その文書は彼女の兄さんのものだと私たちは考えた
《◆belong が状態動詞であることに注意》.
