....as well について

よく米人が文末に...as well と言うのを聴きます。
「~と同様に、～も」と言う意味なのかなと思う
のですが、自分で使う事がありません。

恐れいりますが、...as well. の意味と使い方を教
えて頂けますか。

as well は会話で使われる。

筆記ではalso.
付加的につけ加えられるて、「～も」という意味で使われる。。

as well は too と同じ意味です！too と as well は、個人的にはそんなに違いはないのかなと思いますが、「同じ」というときに使います。

例えば She bought a shirt as well.
みたいな感じに、彼女も服買ってたよ〜と使います。まあ、tooでも通じますし、日本人がtooとas wellを使い分けずに話していても伝わらないことは100%ありません。
