28年間生きてきて色々乗り越えてきたことが自分への自信になった

I've lived strictly under the motto: "Every time you overcome your hardships, you can improve yourself."

(2) 28年間生きてきて色々な困難を乗り越えてきたことが自分への自信になった。
Living my 28-year life, I've been surmounting various challenges. And that has built up my confidence in myself.

I've been fuckin' stuck in a word that you'll be able to grow up

ucked up, ya'know I'm already 28 y.o old fart who almost in dead but still that shitty word makes me alive for some reasons.

I have lived my life with the belief that every time one overcome

s hardships, they level up as a person. Over the course of my 28 years, I have overcome various challenges, which have become a source of confidence for me.
