get O Cなのでallは余計なのでは?それに、①と同様it allが正しいのであれば、it(単数)all(複数)を同時に使っていて変だと思います。

辞書の例文を検索するといいかと思います。
不可算名詞を対象にしていることもあると思いますし、漠然とあることに対してすべてという場合もありますね。

②get it all done
文法解釈は分かれるかもしれませんが、all done、すなわちdoneを修飾すると思えばいいかと思います。完全に行うというような意味合い。it は漠然とその事という事と思っていてもいいかと思います。
作業（Work）とかrepair（修理）など不可算なのでそういう事全体を示す単語もありますので、その感覚と一緒と思えばいいです。

知っている文法でこの表現はおかしいと思う事はあるかと思いますが、実際使われる表現をおかしいとというのは変なので、表現を受け入れることも大事かもしれません。

②は副詞。「（それを）ぜ～んぶ」
