どなたか、英訳お願いします。

→先日八戸で開催されました東北北海道マスターズを
見てきました。
今回は男性より女性の方が少なかったため、女性選手は
あまり出場されませんでしたが、それなりの規模の大会
でしたので、十分見応えのある大会でした。
友人の山田さんも審査員としていらしており、再会も
楽しかったですが、忙しそうにしてましたので、あまり
お話しすることも出来ず、あいさつだけして帰ってき
ました。

日本語もおかしいと思いますが、意味合いが通じるよう
編集していただいてもかまいませんので、よろしくお願
いします。

残暑お見舞い申し上げます。
お盆帰りをされているのでしょうか？
台風が接近し上陸するとのこと、大丈夫ですか？
くれぐれもご注意下さい。

訳注：
大会名は今回のポスターでの英語表記を参考にしました。
いろんな部門があるようなので、そのうちの1つが「マスターズ」と言うことなのですね。

The other day I went to see the Masters Division of the 2024 Tohoku-Hokkaido Bodybuilding & Fitness Championships held in Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture.
The number of female builders was less compared to that of male builders in these championships, however, there were so many different divisions and it was quite interesting to watch them.
I was happy to see Mr. Yamada, a friend of mine, again, but he looked so busy that I could not talk with him too much because he engaged in the judge.

お盆なので帰省しております。短い時間のうち、楽しめる
うちは楽しもうと思い、八戸に行ってきました。
台風はどういう感じなのか？は、体験してみないことに
は何とも言えません。

こんな感じでしょうか。

The other day I went to see the Tohoku-Hokkaido Masters, held in Hachinohe.
This time there were fewer women than men, so not many female athletes participated, but it was a fair-sized tournament, so it was well worth watching.
My friend Yamada-san was also there as a judge, and it was fun to see him again, but he seemed very busy, so we didn't have much time to talk, and we just exchanged greetings before heading home.
