グラボのドライバが原因でしょうか？ストップエラー

お知恵を拝借させてください。とても困っています。
現在のスペック

ＣＰＵ　　アスロンＸＰ2400＋
マザー　　ＫＴ－６delta(vr.farst)
メモリ　　２Ｇ
ＨＤＤ　　マクスター製ＨＤＤ６０Ｇ＋８０Ｇ
ＯＳ　　　ＸＰプロフェッショナル（SP2）
グラボ　　Gefoce 6600 GT
電源　　　ニプロン480W

の環境で使用しています。
普段は何事もなく快適に使えるのですが、オンラインゲーム（リネージュII）をプレイすると頻繁にストップエラーが出てしまい、まともにプレイできません。
エラーの内容は以下の通りです。

A Problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
The problem seems to be caused by the following file;nv4_disp.dll

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NOPAGED_AREA

If this is the firsttime you've seen this stop error screen.
restart your computer.
If this screen appears these steps.

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed.
If this a new installation,ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows up dates you might need/

If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hardware or software.
Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.

If you need to use safemode to remove or disable components.
restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options.and then select safemode.

グラボのドライバーは何度インストールしても改善されませんでした。

チップセットドライバの更新は試されましたか？

AGPの動作関連でけっこう更新がかかっているみたいですし、一度
http://www.viaarena.com/
をチェックしてみてはどうでしょうか。
