アジャイルとスパイラルプロセスの違い

開発手法について、個人的にまとめています。
大筋のところではそれぞれ理解したのですが、アジャイルとスパイラルの違いが今1つ分かりません。
この２つの相違点（各利点、欠点も含め）をご教授いただければ幸いです。

スパイラルもアジャイルも、変な言い方ですがモジュール単位で開発を進める点は同じだと感じます。客に対し前者はプロトタイプを使い、後者は実装版で説明してフィードバックや承認を得て次工程に進むという理解をしているのですが、私の理解の仕方に間違いがあればご指摘ください。

具体的なご教授に限らず、参考書籍やサイトのご紹介でも結構です。

Spriral Model : discovering ALL the use cases at each stages, DEFINITELY DEFINED (at each time) by contract with customers

Agile : gathering large grain understandings ("STORIES" told by customers) all the way (YOU need to find the customers' requirements in cooperation with customers, and they may continue to change ALWAYS!)

The customers do NOT necessarily understand what they want.
Spiral model does NOT care about it (on the cotract).
Agile DO care about it!
