I laila, → そこに

'O Kaua'i la (= Ua i la )→ カウアイ島がある
No malihini 'ohana → 訪れる家族のために

みたいです。

I've listened to that song (from Lilo & Stitch) and believe it actually says:

I laila,
'O Kaua'i la
No malihini 'ohana

This essentially means:
"There
Is Kaua'i
For a visiting family"

Lilo and Stitch takes place on the island of Kaua'i, so that's why it's mentioned in the song.
