日本語の内容が少しハッキリしませんが、「ある商品の注文を受けた売り主が、その商品は壊れていて売れないので、貴方の注文をキャンセルします、そのかわり別の商品を薦めている」といった状況で英訳します。

We would like to cancel your order for the item which is found to be broken. We hope you will buy another item which we will discount.

「I cancel the item because it was damaged.

We can provide another item cheaper, so please buy it.
