一般にAdmiral は海軍の提督の事。

（提督には３ ランクありますが、一番上のクラス）、下がるの従い、Vice　A. 、Rear .A、
大将は陸、空、(海軍以外）の４Ｓｔａｒｓ　Ｇｅｎｅｒａｌです。　准将は１Ｓｔａｒ　Ｇｅｎｅｒａｌ，（Ｇｅｎｅｒａｌ）
少将，中将：Ｍａｊｏｒ　Ｇ．　Ｌｔ．Ｇ．　順番に星の数が増えていきます（２スター　G. 3スターG.）
星数を付けて呼ぶのは、外部の人間が呼ぶときの言い方、内部は通常みんなGeneral○○です。海も同様にアドミラル○○です。
この短い文章では訳は解かりません。　Twentyは角度？インチ砲(武器）？　何かの作業のコツを教えているのかね？
