長いですが難しいことはなく、文型はSVC。


S = One theory
V = is
C = that pandas were primarily meat eaters until one group of pandas stopped eating meat due to a genetic mutation.


Cになっているthat節は名詞節。あまり意味がないですが、この節の中も
Pandas were primarily meat eaters
SVC。

until以下は従属節なので、Mと言う取り扱いです。
until one group of pandas stopped eating meat due to a genetic mutation.
