本文→先日東北北３県（青森　秋田　岩手）による
ボディビル地方選手権大会を見てきました。
３つの県から、それぞれに頑張ってこられた方々
の体格に圧巻し、小さい規模の大会ながらも
心に残る大会でした。
大会終了後に数人の選手の方とお話しする機会
があり、筋トレについてのお話しや食生活について
お聞きすることが出来ましたので、非常に貴重な
体験をすることが出来ました。
白井選手のゲストポージングが、とても印象的でした。
また観戦しに行ってみたいです。
