会議室の案内の英訳にこまっています。
ネイティブの人にあてた案内なのでおかしいところがありましたら

（会議室は持ち込み飲食禁止のため、各自昼食を済ませて来て下さい）

　じゅうぶんに通じます。　少し、気づきを書き添えてみました。　ご参考になれば幸いです。

●　使用時間　：　availableという単語はこういう時便利な言葉です。
The conference room is available for use from 13:00 to 15;00 on December 19th.

●　食べ物持込み禁止
Please be aware that foods are not allowed to be brought in. 　Therefore, please take your lunch somewhere before you will come to join our training program.

●　最後に、おいでをお待ち申し上げます、という決まり文句もお忘れなく。　We will be looking forward to having the pleasure of your coming.

12月19日(のみ)の(のみ)が意味不明でしたので、訳出しておりません。もしどうしても必要なら補足お願いします。
多分、「後片付け・衛生管理上の都合で」と思われるので「for sanitary reason」としました。
