払出し不能 ピナクルスポーツ

ピナクルスポーツをしている方で下記のようなメールが来て払い出しが拒否されています。
どなたか払い出し方法が分かる方がいたら教えてください。

Dear Pinnacle Sports Client,

Your withdrawal was declined since you received a Cash Bonus for your initial deposit.

As stated in the Promotions section of our site: "All of our bonuses are subject to the client staking at least three times the amount of the initial deposit plus cash bonus in bets at the sportsbook before withdrawing the initial deposit or Cash Bonus or risk forfeiting your bonus. The initial deposit and bonus must also remain in the account for a minimum of 30 days. If a client requests the Cash Bonus be reversed before the requirements are met, the Cash Bonus, and winnings derived from the Cash Bonus, will be reversed. For Cash Bonus purposes, bets are defined as either the Risk or Win amount, whichever is smaller. To qualify, a wager must be graded a winner or loser. A wager graded as no action (cancelled) will not be included in the three times stake requirement. For Casino play, bonuses are subject to the client staking at least six times the amount of the initial deposit."

To review your initial deposit, Cash Bonus, or the wagers made, please go to the My Account option Review Account of the site menu and select "All Transactions".

To process your withdrawal request, it will be necessary to first reverse the Cash Bonus, and winnings derived from the Cash Bonus, from your account.

If you wish us to reverse your Cash Bonus and proceed with the withdrawal, please email our Customer Service Department advising us. We will reverse the Cash Bonus and you may then return to the Cashier to request your payment.

ピナクルスポーツでは最初の入金時にボーナスを受け取ることができますが、

それを受け取った場合は払い戻しに条件がつくことになります。

最初の入金額とボーナス額の合計金額の3倍（カジノプレーは6倍）を賭けないと払い戻しができない。
最低30日間は最初の入金額とボーナス額の合計金額は残高として持っていなければならない。

このことはボーナスの規約に書いてあります。

したがって、仮に最初に300ドル入金して、
その10%の30ドルのボーナスを受け取った場合、
990ドルを賭けるまで払い戻しができません。
また、30日間は330ドルを残高として持っていないとなりません。

ブックメーカーやオンラインカジノでのボーナスについては、
どこでも同じような条件があるので、受け取るか受け取らないかは、
慎重に判断する必要があります。

ピナクルスポーツでは、このボーナス制度は廃止されました。
